Spicy Mushroom Macaroni


MUSHROOM MACARONI

 Method for making Mushroom Macaroni:

First of all take one cup of water and let it boil. Add some sliced black mushrooms to it and let all boil for five minutes or until it become soft. Then take the mushrooms out and save the remaining water (it will be nearly half a cup). After completing it all, then add three teaspoons of oil and mushrooms and sauté all for next some minutes. Similarly add two teaspoons of oil, garlic paste and red chilli flakes. Then fry them for two minutes  and add salt,  the remaining water from the boiling mushrooms and soy sauce to them. At last let the mixture simmer for 30 to 40 seconds and add some of boiled macaroni in it and stir fried mushrooms and onions to it.

 So a delicious mushroom macaroni is ready and offer it before guest and all of family members to enjoy it well.
