Dum Pukht Biryani
Ingredients
One kilogram of beef. Rice a kg ,
fifty grams of ginger , ½ teaspoon cumin , salt to taste , ground pepper is the
political , one teaspoon , two tsp of cardamom , cloves six numbers , a pound
of yogurt , saffron and half teaspoon , half a cup of cooking .
Method of Cooking
First take large cardamom and cumin
seed by sniffing. Cardamom and cumin in a bowl and stir in half the yogurt Mix
the paste and it will paste to the meat. Putting by Pan having meat in the
bottom of the cooking heat two tablespoon of cloves and put. Rice should be
washed Refining. Remaining yogurt spread on rice mixed with meat categories. Cover
pan with the lid and place the dough round. Stove with griddle pan, heat the vinegar,
then slowly heat the griddle dygcy put it on. pan cluck sound coming from the
cooking at low heat and then open the cover pan later . Pour the remaining ghee
