Coriander Rice
( Indian food)
Components.
Dried
coriander, two tablespoon , chana dal one tablespoon , arddal one tablespoon
dry coconut ( warm) half tsp hot spice ( ground ) ½ teaspoon red pepper (whole
) 5 tsp , mustard a teaspoon , cashew nuts 10 pieces , onion (chopped ), a
number , tomatoes (chopped ) one , half a teaspoon of turmeric powder , rice (
boiled ), a cup , a teaspoon of oil .
Method of
making
Take Pan
heat the olive oil and all the dry spices fry then add boiled chana dal, arddal,
red chilli , cashew , coconut , onion
and tomato and keep for 4 minutes cooking. Finally boiled rice will shortly
tail Keep and ready for presenting.
