CHICKEN PULAO




Ingredients
One kilogram of chicken , three quarter cup olive oil , chopped pyazcar number , yogurt recipes , rice a kg ( wet ) , half teaspoon saffron , almonds customization ( fried ) , sharp leaves four pieces , one inch cinnamon piece , the number ten , ten pieces cardamom , few grains pepper , garlic three to four casinos , one inch piece of ginger , a teaspoon of cayenne pepper ( ground ) , two teaspoons of coriander ( ground ) , cumin tsp (crushed) , turmeric , a quarter cups of tea spoon..

 
Method  Of Making
First of all, take ginger , garlic , ground red pepper , ground coriander , cumin , turmeric and crushed thoroughly and make paste . Tbsp oil in a pan, heat the two pieces of fried onions make . Longer half piece of cinnamon , half a tsp , cloves , cardamom five pieces , the pieces have been put pepper and cook chicken . then put the crushed spices and cook for a while . put two cups of water and cover the pan . well until chicken will pick up . saffron Stir in the yogurt and pour in the chicken and cook for ten minutes . then remove from pan and put on the side . remains high in the oil leaves the remaining half piece of cinnamon , five number ones , five pieces cardamom and fry the pieces will be put college peppers . still put onions in the remaining two pieces make brown . trick that will make the fries . keep pan with water and salt for cooking . first put in a serving dish, put a layer of rice , then apply the second layer of chicken . again put a layer of chicken fried rice and garnish with almonds and present to guest and all family members.
